Canola groups to hold grower update meeting on April 28

April 22, 2020  By Top Crop Manager

The Canola Council of Canada (CCC) and the Canadian Canola Growers Association (CCGA) will be hosting a call on April 28 at 9 a.m. CDT/8 a.m. MDT. CCC president Jim Everson and CCGA president and CEO Rick White will provide updates on developments and ongoing work related to trade with China and COVID-19 and answer related questions that growers can submit when registering for the meeting.

Given the global pandemic and continued trade issues with China over Canadian canola, it’s a wise time for the CCC and CCGA to address grower concerns about the impacts on resources, inputs, market volatility and trade in general.

You can register to take part in the meeting here; attendees will be able to join by phone or computer. You can submit a question while registering or – if you will attend via computer – during the meeting.

If you are unable to join the meeting, updated information will be added to canolacouncil.org and ccga.ca following the call and as the situations evolve.
