The Canadian Canola Growers Association has announced it will expand the administration capacity under the Advance Payments Program (APP) to include issuances of cash advances for winter wheat.

will expand the administration capacity under the Advance Payments
Program (APP) to include issuances of cash advances for winter wheat.
Effective April 1, 2012, the Association will also begin issuing cash
