Record cold, large snowfalls predicted this winter

Oct. 11, 2011 -After hearing about a warmer than normal fall season, and after enjoying an exceptionally warm Thanksgiving weekend across most of the country, US-based AccuWeather.com is forecasting one of the coldest winters in the past 20 years for Western Canada, and major snowstorms for Ontario and Quebec.
