Railways overcharging Prairie farmers
June 17, 2010 -According to a study commissioned by a reseach firm in Washington State, Prairie farmers are being overcharged as much as $200 million a year by the railways, and the Canadian Wheat Board, Canadian Federation of Agriculture and the National Farmers Union are among those demanding action from Ottawa.
