According to a study commissioned by a reseach firm in Washington state, Prairie farmers are being overcharged by as much as $ 200 million a year by the railways, and the Canadian Wheat Board, Canadian Federation of Agriculture and the National Farmers Union are among those demanding action from Ottawa.
