New football pool from CWB

June 18, 2013, Winnipeg, MB - Following the popularity of its playoff Hockey Pool, CWB is adding a new Football Pool. The Football Pool gives farmers another chance to win prizes by picking the winners of regular season Canadian football games.

CWB's Football Pool comes on the heels of the hard work and long hours spent seeding and dealing with spring weather challenges in some parts of the prairies.

CWB's Football Pool is free of charge to all farmers, and includes prizes of $500, $250 and $100 for first, second and third place, respectively. Farmers can pick the winning teams by allocating up to seven points to their favourite team up to 24 hours prior to the start of each game. To sign up, farmers can go to /footballpool.
