Potassium In Balance (Recording)

Potassium is an essential nutrient that is required by crops in large quantities. In western Canada we often assume that potassium levels in soil are adequate without fertilizer addition, but a long history of removal without replacement is beginning to break the soil bank in some soils. Potassium has a wide range of functions in plants, but it is plant water balance that is most important to crop yields. This webinar will discuss how we can better approach potassium supply to soils and crops as we look to future crop rotations.
