Case IH has introduced the 1000 gallon Patriot sprayer, the SPX3320. The company also made significant improvements to the SPX4420 Patriot sprayer. The 1000 gallon product tank on the new SPX3320 Patriot sprayer is cone-shaped to improve rearward visibility. Both the new SPX3320 sprayer and the improved SPX4420 sprayer feature Case IH’s cab forward, rear engine configuration, with the product tank in the middle. This design provides optimum weight distribution and reduces field rutting, allowing the operator to get in the field earlier.

The redesigned SPX4420 Patriot sprayer is equipped with a new Tier III emission compliant engine that packs a powerful punch: a Case IH 8.3 litre engine rated at 290 horsepower, with a peak horsepower rating or 'power bulge' of 310 horsepower at 2000rpm. Peak torque also has increased to a rating of 1020 foot-pounds at 1500rpm.

AIM Command spray technology also is available on both sprayers. The AIM Command spray system uses pulse width modulation (PWM) technology to uniquely manage pressure and droplet size independent of speed and rate. By holding a constant spray pressure, independent of rate and ground speed, it also provides 'on-the-go' drift control.
