RIchardson buys grain facility in Atlanta

Jan. 26, 2012, Winnipeg, MB – Richardson International Ltd. announced
that it will be purchasing a grain handling and crop input facility in
Nampa, Altanta from Great Northern Grain.

"We are excited to add the Nampa
facility to our Richardson Pioneer network," said Darwin Sobkow, the
vice-president and agribusiness operations for Richardson. "Since 2007, Richardson
has invested over $80 million in the Peace River region and we are
committed to continuing to invest in this area to meet the growing needs
of producers."

The facility contains 17,300 metric tonnes of storage and space for 52 rail cars, which Richardson plans to increase by 14,000 and 52, respectively, as well as storage for fertilizer and a 200 tonne per hour blending system.
