Reinke now has a comprehensive satellite communication monitor and tracking system for irrigation systems. OnTrac is designed to easily fit any centre pivot or lateral move irrigation system and uses satellite technology to alert producers via cell phone, text message, pager, a secure internet web site, landline phone or e-mail — or a combination of some or all options — when a problem with the system occurs.

OnTrac's use of satellite technology allows installation in remote areas with poor or no cellular reception, and eliminates signal reception issues that are often caused by tall crops, terrain, buildings or equipment.
