This fall, Manitoba women who are invested in agriculture are gathering at the Manitoba Farm Women’s Conference on Nov. 21-23 in Winkler, Manitoba. Speakers include Cherilyn Jolly-Nagel, who was recently recognized as one of the Top 50 Most Influential People in Canadian Agriculture, to talk about promoting agriculture rather than defending. Also speaking will be Kim Ulmer, the RBC Regional President for Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Nunavut, and Western Ontario. Kim will be celebrating and challenging us to value the beautiful country we live in. Workshops include a combine clinic and topics like mental health, stress management, minimalistic living, greenhouse tour, credit rating health and farm safety. Registration is open from now until Nov. 8.
