Despite drought, Alberta yields to improve
Sept. 10, 2009 - Despite a lack of rain across parts of Alberta, growers have managed to improve their yields by three to four bushels per acre, still placing it below 80 percent of the province’s five year average, according to the latest reports from the Crop Report of Alberta Agriculture.
