Saskatchewan, Alberta and now Newfoundland and Labrador are heading a list of provinces that have benefitted the most from a blend of mining, energy and agriculture, a mix that has driven economic growth higher in the Atlantic provinces and across the Prairies, says a report from the Conference Board of Canada.
