CropSphere 2021 among ag events cancelled

September 28, 2020  By Top Crop Manager

CropSphere is the latest in a series of agriculture event cancellations for the late 2020/early 2021 ag event season. Due to the continuing uncertainty surrounding COVID-19, its control and possible second wave, CropSphere announced earlier today that the event will not go on in 2021.

“The difficult decision has been made to cancel the 2021 CropSphere Conference due to the uncertainties regarding COVID-19,” the official announcement reads. “The health of our attendees, sponsors, and speakers is our top priority and we want to do our part to ensure everyone remains safe.”

The announcement goes on to say that the annual general meetings (AGMs) for CropSphere’s host organizations will still take place, but virtually rather than in person. The AGMs, which will be held on Jan. 12, will also include presentations from market analysts on the outlook for each crop.
