Canola farmers see constructive progress in rail review
The Canadian Canola Growers Association is welcoming a rail service review, announced recently by the federal Minister of Agriculture and Minister of State, which is hoped to improve conditions, including establishing and measuring shipping performance and developing a dispute-resolution mechanism.
