The Government of Canada, through Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada, will invest more than $ 150,000 in a feasibility study of two oilseed crops – camelina and carinata – as feedstocks for jet fuels.

Sept. 26, 2011 – The Government of Canada, through Agriculture and
Agri-Food Canada, will invest more than $150,000 for a feasibility study
on two oilseed crops -camelina and carinata -as feedstocks for jet
fuels. The study will be led by Ag-West Bio Inc., a Saskatchewan-based
umbrella organization, which counts biotech innovators and processors
