Westeel expands line of Smoothwall bins

Sept. 3, 2013, Winnipeg, MB - Westeel announced today it has expanded its line of Smoothwall bins. The company has entered into an agreement with Norstar Industries, a manufacturer of grain handling products based in Morris, Manitoba, to build the new bins - the Magnum GNTM model for grain, seed and feed storage and the Magnum FNTM for fertilizer, grain, seed and feed storage.

The Magnum GNTM has a storage capacity of 3,236 to 5,720 bushels. The Magnum FNTM storage capacity ranges from 118 to 209 tons (107 to 189 metric tonnes). Both types of bins feature a 10 year structural guarantee, as well as a 30 month coating warranty.

The new bins are available now in select Manitoba locations and also in North Dakota, South Dakota and Minnesota.
