Viterra set to become world player
Sept. 9, 2009 -Regina-based Viterra Inc.’s proposed acquisition of ABB Grain Ltd. of Australia is now approved, with the $1.4 billion deal having been accepted by ABB’s shareholders, making it the second major acquisition by the former Saskatchewan Wheat Pool, in as many years.
