Trait refusal creating harvest confusion

Sept. 5, 2011 -Another day, another report on the acceptance of Viptera-traited corn in the US. Today's entry notes that there is growing confusion regarding what will be accepted and what will not.  The list now stands at four traits/stacks that are not approved by the European Union, with addition uncertainty regarding Chinese acceptance.  Growers in the US are advised to check their contracts, and it is likely a good idea for Canadian growers to do the same.                    READ MORE
