Spring flooding across portions of the US has begun and forecasters with the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration are warning that conditions will worsen.

March 24, 2011 – Spring flooding across portions of the US has begun
and forecasters with the National Oceanic and Atmospheric
Administration are warning that conditions will worsen. One of those
areas is the Red River Valley, which was set off last week with warmer
temperatures, melting the snowpack across South Dakota and southern
