Sixty percent of 2011 crop in the bin

Sept. 16, 2011 -Hot, dry weather has pushed harvest progress ahead of the long-term average for this stage of the year, according to reports from the Saskatchewan government. Farmers in the province have 60 percent of the crop combined, a 13 percent jump on the five-year average.                READ MORE
