Seeding remains stalled in Saskatchewan
Seeding in the province of Saskatchewan stands at 82 percent, according to the latest reports, well below the five-year average of 93 percent. While the seeding window is all but closed, 44 percent of crop land is also suffering from excess moisture and much of the pulse, oilseed and spring cereals are behind what is considered to be "normal development."
