Ottawa can plant the seed for Canada to feed the world
Nov. 2, 2011 -In this piece by columnist Neil Reynolds, a case can be made for the Canadian government to take on a leadership role in feeding the world. Canada has more arable land per capita and there is more fresh water available for production purposes.
