Ontario fruit growers losing ground

Mar. 31, 2010 – A report from the federal and Ontario governments has warned fruit growers in the province that they need to "do a better job" if they want to compete with cheaper imports. This, after succeeding Ontario governments have helped downsize or close abattoirs and fruit and vegetable processors in the province.
