On the lookout for new President of the Canola Council of Canada
By Canola Council of Canada
The search is on for the next President of the Canola Council of Canada (CCC). The CCC has retained the firm of Scott Wolfe Management Inc. to conduct the search, and the selection process will be overseen by the Executive Committee of the CCC Board of Directors.
The search follows the upcoming departure of President Patti Miller, who has been appointed as Chief Commissioner of the Canadian Grain Commission (CGC), beginning February 13, 2017. Miller has served as the Canola Council President since 2012.
Brian Conn, Chair of the CCC Board of Directors, announced that Dr. Curtis Rempel will serve as the lead point of contact for the CCC during the recruitment process in addition to his responsibilities as Vice-President of Crop Production and Innovation.
