Outstanding Young Farmers for Canada from Alberta, Ontario Canada’s Outstanding Young Farmers for 2015 are hog farmers Mike and Amy Cronin of Bluevale, Ont., and dairy farmers Patrick and Cherylynn Bos of Ponoka, Alta.
