New CONQUERTM is THE weed and resistance solution prior to seeding canola

Conquer delivers faster, more complete weed control in a canola pre-seed burndown than glyphosate alone. With two active ingredients and separate modes of action (Group 14, 6), Conquer becomes a triple threat when tank mixed with glyphosate. This combination controls Group 1, 2, 3, 4, 8 and Group 9 (glyphosate) resistant weeds including all biotypes of volunteer canola, kochia and cleavers. Conquer provides faster burndown and superior weed control over bromoxynil alone.

No product is safer than Conquer in a pre-seed burndown. This season, choose Conquer to control your most troublesome resistant weeds in canola.

Low pH soils impact cropping systems

In some crop production areas of Western Canada, soils with low pH can create challenges for growers, and impact yields and crop rotation options. For instance, when soil pH is less than 6.0, the growth of acid sensitive crops, such as alfalfa and sweet clover, is reduced. Barley is considered to be moderately sensitive, and growth is affected when pH is less than 5.8. Canola, wheat and corn are slightly more tolerant of soil acidity than barley to 5.5, while oats and the forage grasses, such as timothy and creeping red fescue, are very tolerant and can be grown successfully at a soil pH of 5.0. >> Learn More…
