ATAC's Response to the Emerson Report

The Emerson Report on the review of the Canada Transportation Act was tabled by the Minister of Transport in the House of Commons on February 25th. The Air Transport Association of Canada had prepared a detailed submission with numerous recommendations, many of which were included in the report. However, a number of recommendations raise serious questions. In preparing its response, ATAC had asked for member feedback and will be seeking clarification from the authors of the aviation section of the report.
