Figuring out how to harness these tiny organisms to enhance crop production is chockfull of intriguing challenges and potential benefits, as George Lazarovits knows. Lazarovits is research director at A&L Biologicals in London, Ont., and an adjunct faculty member in plant pathology and soil ecology at the University of Western Ontario.
