Novozymes acquires logen Bio-products

Breaking genetics
Gregor Mendel, the famous geneticist, discovered what are known as Mendel’s Laws of Inheritance. Which simply put, dictate that parents pass their traits on to their offspring. And through this random splitting of genes, offspring obtain traits from their parents and evolution can occur. Research sponsored by Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada (AAFC) has discovered that a common pathogen of soybeans, soybean root rot (Phytophthora sojae), breaks the trend known as Mendel's Law of Inheritance.
