New standard and guide samples for peas, wheat in Eastern Canada

Dec. 17, 2013, Winnipeg, MB - The Canadian Grain Commission's (CGC) Eastern Standards Committee has recommended new standard and guide samples for peas and wheat.

Standard samples, standard prints and guide samples are grading tools that the CGC prepares each year. Members of the Eastern Standards Committee examine these tools and recommend their use.
