Manitoba harvest close to complete

Oct. 13, 2015 - Harvest in Manitoba is over 95 per cent complete, according to the latest Manitoba crop report.

Edible beans and field pea harvest is 100 per cent complete, spring cereal crops are 99 per cent complete, canola 98 per cent complete, flax and soybeans 85 per cent complete, sunflowers 50 per cent complete and grain corn 45 per cent complete.

Crop yields in the province are generally at or slightly above 10 year average yields.
