Manitoba crop report: May 26

May 26, 2014 - Favourable weather conditions prior to the weekend's precipitation allowed for good seeding progress, according to the latest Manitoba crop report.

Seeding is estimated to be 25 to 30 per cent complete in the southwest region, 25 per cent complete in the northwest region, 60 per cent complete in the central region, 50 per cent complete in the eastern region and 40 per cent complete in the Interlake region.
