Keep scouting to stay on top of pesky insects in Ontario

Insect pest pressure is the big story of the most recent crop report from the Ontario Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs’ (OMAFRA’s) Field Crop Team. The dry heat has been a boon for many insects, and while the recent rains may change that somewhat, the team recommends growers and agronomists continue scouting through July to stay on top of current and upcoming pests like thrips, soybean aphids, spider mites and corn rootworm. |READ MORE
