GF2 Updates: Deadlines
Upcoming Growing Forward 2 (GF2) application deadlines for Ontario organizations and collaborations are:

- Thursday, July 14, to be reviewed at September 8 board meeting
- Thursday, October 13, to be reviewed at the December 6 board meeting
Project expenses cannot be incurred by the applicant before the project has been approved. All GF2 project expenses must be incurred no later than October 31, 2017.
GF2 claims deadlines
The 2015-16 claims deadline is fast approaching! Claims for expenses incurred in the April 1, 2015 to March 31, 2016 fiscal year must be submitted to the Agricultural Adaptation Council (AAC) no later than June 30, 2016.
If project funding is not accessed according to the forecast in your funding agreement, AAC cannot guarantee that funds will be available for reimbursement.
Prepayment of expenses/services which will be completed in the next fiscal year are not considered incurred expenses. (i.e. An invoice dated March 31, 2016 for services which will not be performed until April 2016 is not considered to be incurred in the April 1, 2015 to March 31, 2016 fiscal year).
