Agriculture is the new steel at Port of Hamilton

Feb. 16, 2016 – Since 2009, the amount of grain and fertilizer moving through the Port of Hamilton has more than doubled to 1.7 million tonnes in 2015, making up the volume lost to the steel industry, the port says. Agriculture now accounts for about 18 per cent of the port’s volume. | READ MORE
