FCC report shows Canada has potential to expand

Farm Credit Canada’s (FCC) Agricultural Export Report shows Canada exported $33.9 billion dollars of agricultural commodities in 2018, and has the potential to expand.
The report outlines where Canada’s main products – wheat, canola, soy and pulses – are going and where there’s potential to expand. JP Gervais, FCC’s chief economist, sees room to grow in wheat and pulses, but says Canada is already strong in canola where market diversification is a bit harder. | READ MORE
