Program Details
Nutrient Deficiency – Learn strategies to identify common (and not so common) crop nutrient deficiencies with live plant samples. (NM)

Herbicide Injury in Corn and Soybeans – A hands-on look at herbicide injury in corn and soybeans. Learn to recognize the symptoms caused by new and common products. (PM)

Strip Till and You – A deeper look at strip till management. (CM)

Avoid Tank Mix Errors – At this stop we will discuss best practices in tank mixing, demonstrate common mistakes and how to avoid them. Attendees will receive a copy of “Avoid Tank Mixing Errors” – a guide by Purdue University. (PM)

Change is in the Air – Climate Change and Ontario Weeds (PM)

Wheat Wisdom – A look at some of the latest tools to help you get the most out of your wheat crop!. (CM)

Cover Crop Roots, Digging a Bit Deeper – A hands-on look at what cover crops are doing to improve yield, crop resilience and soil structure. (SWM)

The Soybean Power Start Program – Should nitrogen be used to help soybeans overcome early season stress? Are lower seeding rates necessary for intensively managed soybeans? This stop will discuss early season soybean issues and solutions. (CM)

Insect Resistance Management – Whether it’s insecticide or transgenics, learn how to scout for and mitigate resistance. (PM)

Let’s Talk Disease Management! – 2018 brought Gibberella and DON! Will it be so in 2019 or other diseases? (PM)
