Deadline for fertilizer company takeover extended

Dec. 21, 2009 – In the ongoing saga of Agrium and CF Industries, the former is extending its takeover deadline for the latter by nearly a month, to January 22nd. The move comes amidst CF's takeover bid of Terra Industries.
