Corn planter clinics next week in Western Canada

Mar. 5, 2013 – DuPont Pioneer is hosting a series of corn planter clinics in Western Canada next week.

Growers will have the opportunity to learn the basics of planting corn and how to properly maintain, set and use their corn planters at these clinics. Experts from DuPont Pioneer and various implement manufacturers including John Deere, Case IH and Great Plains will be leading growers throughout the session.

The corn planter clinics will be held March 12 in Portage la Prairie, Manitoba; March 13 in Regina, Saskatchewan; and March 14 in Lethbridge, Alberta.

Other topics at the clinics will include, corn production using a 'systems approach', a planter overview, and new developments from implement partners along with display units and information booths.
