Company sells potash holdings for $110 million

Sept. 30, 2011 -North American Potash Inc., has announced the sale of eight of its potash exploration areas in Saskatchewan, a deal that sees the Canadian subsidiary of a Russian fertilizer company to Yancoal Canada Resources Ltd., a Chinese company.  The sale price is $110 million and will allow the new owner to focus on other exploration initiatives in the province.          READ MORE
