Commodity prices down on the Chicago Board of Trade
Figures from the Chicago Board of Trade for the week of November 17th to Friday's midday trading show a significant decline in commodity prices.

Commodity prices on the Chicago Board of Trade last week showed a downward trend, relative to the previous week. At the Friday midday, December wheat was at $5.085, a drop of nearly 33 cents from its starting point last Monday. Corn also lost nearly 30 cents from Monday, standing at $3.57 at the midday Friday, and soybeans lost nearly 45 cents, to stand at $8.55. Oats for December delivery lost just nine cents during the course of trading, holding above the two dollar mark at $2.0625 at the midday point.
