BKT introduces new field-to-road tire for heavy loads

BKT Tires recently introduced a new tire model – the Multimax MP 569, part of the Multimax line of tires for agro-industrial activities, designed for use at high speeds with heavy loads.

Thanks to the all-steel casing, the Multimax MP 569 stands out for its high speed and durability. The optimized tread design provides better traction in the field and excellent self-cleaning properties, together with an extremely comfortable ride on the road and outstanding stability. The tire’s low rolling resistance also provides significant savings in fuel consumption.

Multimax MP 569 was created to be fitted on the front axle of agro trucks in the 445/65 R 22.5 size in combination with FL 633 Performa on the rear axle in the 600/50 R 22.5 size.

“Agro trucks normally have two different tread patterns on the rear drive axle and the front steer axle, depending on the work they have to do: the rear axle must guarantee more traction, while the front axle must have more directional ability,” said Denis Piccolo, BKT product manager.

“The ideal equipment for these vehicles, according to our studies, is achieved by combining two BKT products, such as: the new Multimax MP 569 on the front axle which features shoulders that assist traction. And, on the rear axle, the FL 633 Performa: ultra-resistant, with exceptional load capacity and durability.”

 Multimax MP 569 is currently available in the 445/65 R 22.5 (18 R 22.5) size. The tire guarantees load capacity of 5800 kilograms (kg) at 100 kilometres per hour (km/h), with a pressure of nine bar.
