Beneficial management practice survey for Manitoban farmers

May 6, 2020  By Top Crop Manager

The International Institute of Sustainable Development (IISD) has partnered with Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada (AAFC), Keystone Agricultural Producers and Manitoba Forage and Grasslands Association (MFGA) to host a producer survey for Manitoban farmers.

Titled Barriers and Incentives for Beneficial Management Practice Adoption, this survey is a key component of the Eastern Prairie Living Laboratories Initiative led by AAFC and the MFGA. The feedback gathered will be provided to policymakers to ensure that public support for environmental stewardship can effectively meet environmental needs without compromising production.

In return for the time spent submitting this survey, producers can enter into a prize draw to win a $200 Walmart Gift Certificate. The survey will be open until July 31, and can be accessed here.
