AgriStability 2022 enrolment deadline is April 30
April 25, 2022 By Top Crop Manager
AgriStability, a federally and provincially managed whole-farm risk management tool, helps producers protect their operation from large margin declines that may threaten the viability of their farm. Coverage is based on the unique history of each participating farm and benefits are calculated by comparing each farm’s current year numbers to the past five years.
The AgriStability deadline for the 2022 growing season is April 30.
AgriStability is delivered by the federal government in Manitoba, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, and Yukon, while the program is delivered provincially in British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Ontario, Quebec, or Prince Edward Island. Provincial deadlines may differ from federal (such as Alberta, where the enrolment deadline in June 30), so be sure to check your specific region’s program details.
