Valley BaseStation2
BaseStation2 is a centralized irrigation management system for the office computer, custom designed to suit individual needs by the local Valley Dealer and Valmont Engineering. BaseStation2 gives the flexibility to monitor one to several irrigation machines and provides reporting mechanisms to help irrigate more efficiently. The new BaseStation2 is a full computer equipment package with preloaded software that functions with new and existing Valmont equipment.
Easily control pivots, check pivot status at-a-glance, monitor and control pumps, valves and other devices without the need for additional labor or trips to the fields. Generate reports for year-to-year comparisons and view the your control panel over the computer the same way it would be seen in the field.
With BaseStation2, the operator can remotely monitor irrigation equipment 24/7 using real-time updates, control a Valley Pro panel from a computer, turn pivots off or on, control end guns, switch direction of a pivot, pivot speed and water depth, and receive alarms by phone or over the computer indicating a change in operating status of pivots and other irrigation equipment.
With PanelLink, the operator can expand the BaseStation’s functionality. This new BaseStation feature allows the opertor to control and monitor mechanical control panels, both Valley and other brands, as well as computerized non-Valley panels.
With the introduction of Valley Tracker Mobile, irrigators now have access via Smartphone for remote management of their pivots and linears. Use Valley Tracker to remotely communicate with pivots and linears via Web, Smartphone, or cell phone for as little as 50¢ a day.
The Tracker Mobile feature uses Smartphone technology to retrieve monitoring and control options from the Valley Tracker to provide irrigators with additional visual access to irrigation information from the convenience of their Smartphone.
Tracker Mobile features easy-to-understand color-coded symbols and performs all control and monitor options currently available to the grower. Users can view the status of all of their irrigation equipment under a single menu and no longer have to make a phone call to every individual pivot to check its status.
