Apache in the field

NEW AND IMPROVED 2009 MODEL LINE
Introducing our new AS 715.

How did we make our AS 710 even better?
- Our new Cummins engine delivers 15% more HP and a whopping 32% more torque than our previous model.
- We also upgraded the transmission to the 4 speed ITL PS 764 in order to accommodate the increased power.
- All this and we still managed to squeeze out another 6% increase in fuel efficiency.

What else is new?
- All three models now come with power hydraulic brakes for better response, less effort, and more braking power.
- Interior of cab has been modified significantly to improve aesthetics, ergonomics, and serviceability.
CUSTOMERS RAVE ABOUT THE APACHE
"One year ago I never would have thought it possible to own and operate a self-propelled sprayer. By chance, I got an offer to visit Equipment Technologies. I was already impressed with the design and simplicity of the machine. After spending two days at the factory, watching the sprayers being assembled and test-driving an Apache, I was even more impressed with the machine and equally impressed with the people. After a lot of thought and economic analysis, a decision was made to purchase an Apache AS1010.

That decision has proven very cost effective and beneficial to our farm. My brother and I farm in the Palouse region of eastern Washington and Idaho. The Apache has done an excellent job spraying up, down and across the hills, or wherever else I need to go. I cover from 600 to 800 acres per day (depending upon the amount of moving I have to do); the ride is fantastic. This is more than twice the amount I was able to spray using my pull sprayer. I have been able to get all of my work done during the season by timing my spraying to when conditions were most favorable. The effect of this is improved yields. In fact, I have had so much extra time that I sprayed many of my neighbor’s fields for additional income!

The support from the dealer and the factory has been phenomenal. Bottom line, I could not get along without the Apache on our farm and it is one of our best investments. It tracks very well on the hills and climbs them ably, rides very smoothly, and the boom system floats capably for an excellent spray pattern and coverage. Other people who have come to our farm to ride and drive the Apache have compared it to competitive machines and have made similar observations. I do not think you can find a better machine for the Palouse area, especially one that is as cost effective to own and operate."
